Designed for a typical home up to approximately 1,800 square feet and includes:

Up to 1,800 SF — Starting at $3,000
1,800 – 2,500 SF — $4,000 – $6,000+
2,500 – 3,500 SF — $6,000 – $9,000+
3,500 – 5,000 SF — $9,000 – $12,000+
Luxury & Estate Homes — Custom Proposal
Final pricing is determined by room count, inventory requirements, project duration, property access, and overall scope.
Occupied Home Staging
Consultation Fee: $250
A We Stage Homes designer will conduct an in-home consultation and curate a detailed report identifying:
• Items to remove
• Items to relocate
• Suggested additions for maximum impact
• Furniture placement recommendations
• Buyer-focused presentation strategies
If you move forward with staging services, the consultation fee is credited toward your total project
investment.
